Abby has spent her career helping businesses and consumer brands grow as an operator, entrepreneur and advisor, most notably in the wellness sector. Prior to Primetime Partners, Abby was a senior executive at SoulCycle, where she oversaw business development and new digital products. Abby has also been a Founder herself, teaming with Arianna Huffington as the Founding President of Thrive Global, a behavior change technology company focused on employee productivity and wellness. Abby began her career at McKinsey & Company then led product development at OXO International. She is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School.

A longtime innovator and advocate for venture capital, Alan entered the venture capital industry in its formative days with the creation of Patricof & Co. Ventures Inc., a predecessor to Apax Partners – today, one of the world’s leading private equity firms with $50 billion under management. In 2006, he founded Greycroft Partners, a venture capital firm where he is currently Chairman Emeritus, to invest in leading early and expansion stage investments in digital media. Greycroft currently has $2B+ under management. He has helped build and foster the growth of numerous major global companies, including, America Online, Office Depot, Cadence Systems, Cellular Communications, Inc., Apple Computer, FORE Systems, NTL, IntraLinks, Audible, Axios, and Wondery. He was also a founder and chairman of New York magazine.

​Ray joined the Primetime team in 2020 and was previously an associate at Rex Health Ventures, the corporate venture arm of UNC.  At Rex, Ray spent three years focused on investments in the healthcare space - working with physicians and administrators to create innovation in healthcare IT, medical devices, therapeutics, and diagnostics. He previously founded an international healthcare education company, and after its acquisition, went on to obtain his MBA from University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler. He received his undergraduate degree in Bio-chemistry and Economics from University of California – San Diego.  

James joined the Primetime team in 2022 and was previously an investor at NTTVC, the single LP fund formed in partnership with NTT.  At NTTVC, James spent two years focused on early-stage digital health and B2B enterprise investments. He was also previously on the CEO's advisory board at Cinemark Movie Theaters where he focused on implementing programs to further engage audiences of all ages. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics with minors in Mathematics and Physics from Vassar College while also playing DIII varsity lacrosse.
